Terms of Use

Using Casino Check Suriname

These terms explain how Casino Check Suriname may be used and what visitors should expect from its information. The service is intended to help adults examine casino-related claims, payment information, licences, complaints and warning signs. It does not operate a casino, accept wagers, hold player funds or process deposits and withdrawals.

Use the information as one part of your own checks. A casino’s status, ownership details, payment arrangements and customer-service practices can change. A published finding therefore describes the evidence available for the stated checking date; it is not a permanent promise about a casino or transaction.

If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service. The privacy information separately explains how information connected with visits and messages is handled.

Information, not personal advice

Content is provided for general information and player education. It is not personal legal, financial or gambling advice. Individual circumstances differ, and a general explanation may not address a particular account, payment, dispute or legal question.

Nothing presented guarantees that gambling is safe, profitable or suitable. Gambling involves the risk of losing money. A favourable finding about one recorded fact does not remove that risk and does not confirm every statement made by a casino.

For questions about Surinamese legislation, consult the official legislation entry maintained by De Nationale Assemblée at dna.sr/wetgeving or seek appropriately qualified assistance. Casino Check Suriname does not decide how legislation applies to an individual case.

Evidence and checking dates

Assessments should distinguish between official records, statements made by a casino and reports submitted by users. Those categories do not carry the same evidential weight. An operator statement is not treated as independent confirmation, and a user complaint remains an allegation unless reliable records establish what happened.

Dates matter. Records may be accurate when checked but later be replaced, amended or removed. Readers should verify important details again before registering, depositing money or sharing identity documents. The methodology and scoring guide explains the general approach used to weigh available material.

Missing evidence is not proof that a casino is trustworthy or untrustworthy. Where a licence, legal entity, payment route or complaint outcome cannot be confirmed, the appropriate conclusion is that the point remains unresolved.

Licence, law and regulatory references

Casino Check Suriname may report information found in official records, but it does not issue licences, supervise gambling businesses or make regulatory decisions. The Suriname government announcement identifies TCIK/the Gaming Board as the gambling supervisor and provides a public reporting point. The official announcement is available at gov.sr.

A reference to a regulator or record means only what the cited material supports. It must not be read as an endorsement, guarantee of payment or assurance that every activity connected with a casino is lawful. A licence claim should be checked against the exact legal entity and internet domain involved, because similar names alone do not establish a match.

Further practical context is available in the licence and law guide.

Payment information and banking limits

Payment descriptions require particular care. The Central Bank of Suriname states that SNEPS processes interbank payments in SRD, USD and EUR. That fact does not show that a particular casino accepts SNEPS, supports any of those currencies or can send money through a specific bank. The official payment-system description is available at cbvs.sr.

DSB also describes foreign transfers and associated document requirements through online banking. That banking information does not prove support for gambling transactions or acceptance by any gambling service. Its description can be consulted at dsb.sr.

Fees, exchange rates, processing times, verification requests and transaction decisions may depend on the organisations involved. Never treat a general banking capability as confirmation that a casino deposit or withdrawal will work. Use the payment checks before relying on a payment claim.

External services and links

Links to official bodies, banks and other outside services are included for reference. Casino Check Suriname does not control their content, availability, security practices or later changes. An external link does not mean that the linked organisation approves Casino Check Suriname, and it does not create a partnership.

Casino operators and payment providers apply their own terms. Read those terms directly before opening an account or authorising a transaction. Pay close attention to the legal entity, internet domain, age requirements, identity checks, withdrawal rules, fees and complaint process.

Do not rely on a copied address, advertisement or message when visiting a sensitive service. Check the destination carefully. Casino Check Suriname is not responsible for credentials or money submitted to an outside service, and cannot reverse an external transaction or restore an external account.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with access for other visitors. Do not attempt to bypass security controls, probe systems without permission, introduce harmful code, overload infrastructure or obtain restricted information. Do not impersonate another person or submit material that you know is false.

Automated access that disrupts normal operation, republishes substantial content without permission or ignores reasonable technical limits is not acceptable. Short quotations for genuine discussion should preserve their context and should not imply an endorsement that was never given.

When sending a complaint, correction or other message, provide only information you are entitled to share. Avoid publishing passwords, full payment-card details, security codes or unnecessary identity documents. Reports may be assessed, summarised or declined when they cannot be checked, create privacy concerns or fall outside the service’s purpose.

Accuracy, availability and responsibility

Reasonable care may be taken when organising evidence, but uninterrupted access, complete coverage and error-free content are not promised. Technical faults, delayed records, incomplete disclosures and later changes can affect what is available. A score, warning or summary should not replace direct verification of facts that matter to your decision.

You remain responsible for decisions to register, gamble, deposit, withdraw, submit documents or contact an outside organisation. Casino Check Suriname cannot control casino conduct, bank decisions, payment processing, regulator action or the outcome of a dispute. It also cannot guarantee recovery of funds.

If you notice a specific error, identify the wording, relevant internet address and supporting record. Clear correction requests are more useful than unsupported demands to change a conclusion. Urgent concerns involving loss of control over gambling should be addressed through the responsible gambling information, not treated only as a content dispute.

Changes, complaints and contact

These terms may be updated when the service, its procedures or relevant circumstances change. The current wording applies from the version made available through the terms route. Material changes should be read before continued use.

Questions about content should state the casino or topic involved, the disputed claim and the reason it may be inaccurate. Where possible, include a dated official record or clear correspondence that can be assessed. Sending information does not guarantee publication, removal, a particular score or a particular complaint outcome.

Casino Check Suriname may preserve necessary distinctions between confirmed facts, operator statements, user allegations and unresolved points. A request from an interested party is not by itself sufficient reason to present an unsupported claim as fact or to remove a properly attributed official record.

Contact details and the available communication route are listed under contact. Do not send account passwords, one-time codes or complete payment credentials. For a dispute with a casino, also follow the casino’s own complaint process and use an appropriate authority where necessary.
