Licence and law: read the source status

The Gaming Board notice, existing legislation and a submitted bill are different kinds of evidence. A foreign licence does not replace a Suriname domain match.

Gaming Board notice

Primary Suriname source about the designated supervisor and a citizen reporting point.

DNA legislation portal

Primary route to enacted laws and separately labelled bills.

Bill of 11 December 2025

Proposal to ban online money-driven gambling; not presented as law in force.

Foreign domain record

Limited identity and licensing context; not a local legality finding.

Important: Affgate, search demand, a review or an operator claim is never proof of a Suriname licence.

Primary Suriname sources

Check sentence for every brand

“Does a current primary Suriname source name this exact domain and this operator?” Only an affirmative answer can support green.

Legal questions

Who supervises gambling in Suriname?

The government notice identifies the Gaming Board, the Gambling Supervision and Control Institute, as supervisor.

Is a UKGC or CGA record a Suriname licence?

No. It may support the domain and operator in that foreign jurisdiction, but says nothing decisive about local permission.

Is the online-gambling ban final?

DNA publishes it as a bill. The shell found no source proving commencement as law.
