Complaints & warnings

Document a complaint and recognise scam warnings

A useful report starts with unchanged transaction data, the exact domain and a clear timeline. Do not pay again to ‘release’ a withdrawal.

Freeze the situation

Stop deposits, do not alter captures and note the domain, time, amount, currency and account.

Ask for a written answer

Request the contracting party, reason, document requirement, deadline and complaint reference.

Protect payment methods

Alert your bank or wallet provider about unauthorised transactions; never share a seed phrase or access code.

Report through the right route

Use the Gaming Board citizen point for a gambling report and police for suspected criminal conduct.

Send a correction

Share only verifiable sources with CasinoCheck; we do not publish an unproved accusation.

Stop signals: extra tax to release winnings, Telegram- or WhatsApp-only contact, a seed-phrase request, changing domains, or threats to close an account after payment.

Complaint questions

Where can I report a gambling issue?

Start with the operator in writing, keep the ticket and, where appropriate, use the citizen reporting point on the Suriname Gaming Board notice. Police and your bank are more relevant for fraud or threats.

Does one review prove a casino is fraudulent?

No. A review is dated context. A red classification requires an official adverse record or corroborated documented evidence.
